Processing a return may take several business days upon receiving the item, depending on factors like return volume and the original payment method. Direct exchanges are generally not offered, but customers can return an item and place a new order for the desired replacement. If a purchase was made on a gift card, then the refund amount will go back to the gift card. If a gift card was used to make a partial payment, then the full amount available from the gift card will be returned to the gift card. The rest of the refund will go to the alternative source of payment that was used to complete the payment for the items.
